Changing the world we live in

Woman go through a stage of carrying. By the time of midlife, most have gone through intense pain. Usually replaced with a child. After that, the pain threshold level within her tends to be re-set.

When you physically open up, the emotions rush in. The chemical releases are one miracle of the birthing process. One charge’s in order to ‘protect, care for and cherish’ the newborn child. Yes, sometimes things happen. The ‘child within’ the woman needs to be protected more. Either way, a form of Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome has entered the woman’s life. Some know this as ‘The three-day blues’ Other feel that the length of time stretching into the years later was the misnomer.

What happens when the child is injured as it grows up. A physical wound. A mental one. Bullying, because we are different. There are the subtle lingering ones from childhood conditioning as well. Subtle things that are past along.

  • Tolerance for instance.
  • Acceptance for what is.
  • Caring for others before yourself.

Some of life’s patterns we see within our children. Later dealing with a parent we see the things that once we saw within out own children. Now we see the source and if we are lucky we get the chance to ask “why?”

I was brought up like this. Yes, there was anger experienced when the realisation hit of a reoccurring pattern.

You, the mother of your child, have made a comment to, posted, or written letters on these trails. Yet you got annoyed at your child. And they are the same – just like you.

Many things bring Change. Repeating everything brings change if action is taken. When you have a change of mindset. And action that mindset.

In the 1950’s the nursing training was an extension of caring and healing. Wanting to be a doctor yet having a family with little money and marriage expectations the out and way forward was nursing. In 1973, my mother went to University. Life had taught and shown he so much.

The one day I went there we sat on a seat overlooking the Wellington Harbour [ New Zealand] There we talked about the change in women’s lives. How each generation raised the children with a greater education behind it. The grandparents were important as they had lived and learned. The grandmothers organised the children. Teaching by showing how to care for the younger ones. Meanwhile the mothers went to work. As the girl child learned all they could in one field they were already being introduced to the working side of life.

One important thing to note was life was never static. The newer ways of doing things were shown to the older child as she became of age to slowly move into the working side of life.

Meanwhile the stories told of change, and continuance, by the grandmother were in the head. By the time it was the girl childs turn to start to tend to the now extended families children a wealth of new experiences, inventions, methods and even foods would have been there to share. Slowly the stories changed. Or new ones came into being.

Considing with the industralial revelution came the reading of letters. Publishing of books made penny romances available. Once again expectations changed slowly over time. Well if you could not have the ‘man’ then you could have a nice cuppa tea from the prized china jug belonging to the afternoon tea set aside for visitors. Now the children were brought up with visitors are guests. Guests have manners. Learn these manners. The reward was a biscuit. The boys went off to play and the girls washed the dishes or cooked more biscuits.

In todays world the women, the traditions and conditioning of the children, have undergone another change. To many its known as a mindset channge. Brought to you by the internet. Googles blog enabled women to write, publish and create a following. Or just share with family and friends. Those who were already blogging away utilized there blogs through these means. Others who came into Facebook were influenced by social broadcasts [aka instant sharing]. When twitter hit things changed again. Twitter’s instant short 140 characters per tweet. Pinterest reinvested the wheel. Where as picture boards such as Pinterest just brought a stamped of femine information.

The overall effect was two fold. The audience expected higher performance than ever before. Both of society acceptance and use of the internet. The second thing was that within a short time the circles of influence had changed.

Visually shown in that hair styles altered. An alternative fashion sense was created. Meals became less from a cook book and more from the tablet. Mobile phones caught the process in action. Instant uploads caused picture swapping, shared and changed around.

In all these lives were shared. People knew that people cared balanced with the not so ‘nice’ things going on. And the woman was no longer becoming afraid to share these hidden secrets as well. Those who had been down the path once again were sharing their experiences. Age, gendar and even country of origin were no longer a matter to concern with, as the internet was boarderless.

The internet is still bringing many changes. Look around at the opening up of the world.

Counties like China closed boarders. Returning University students were used to the internet now. Closed off countries had a choice. One result were concepts such as Alibaba taking the world by storm.

Life once again has changed within this world.

Are you part of the your families change?

Do Training and Upskilling levels mesh together

How the various Training and Upskilling levels mesh together

The internet as a way of communication and socializing has been around ‘for ever’. What was first share by professionals, then between universities has spread through the world. Busesses
employed the gradualtes. Slowly more people became familar with the socializing on the Platforms.

A division occurred. While most just were social people, others mastered the arts of using the internet while creating a net-lifestyle.

Meanwhile bubbling quietly behind the scenes the broadbands people were creating ‘step by step programmes bringing a social conscience into the ‘netisphiere’. The warnings were on the net with algorithms. AKA Panda [Feb 2011], Pengin [April 2012] , Hummingbird [ late 2013] Pigeon [July 2014] then Compliancy [2015].. And each time the warnings were on the wall these forerunners suddenly began to sell their secrets at a MUCH reduced price. Run classes where the partipants would swap their labour for learning. Not realising the coding pixels may have lasted for a day. A week. A season. Few understood or cared that what went on the internet… stays in the internet.

If you are going to have any control over what you are being brought into it is necessary to understand what makes all the interconnecting things work. Learning new things, or upskilling out of
previous algorithm that worked back then and now have social media outlets being closed down, or what is shared ranked lower as old pathways and methods are being used means that
lessons should be simple and begin to work with the most basic concepts. Close to what level is already understood.

Noted are the Universal Laws. One of these is the concept that ‘like attracts alike’. As a greater knowledge base is gained generally people will share their Eureka moments. Their “The penny
has finally dropped” moments. When your circle of influence is moving forward in the same general direction what one learns the others are shared with. Slowly I found that what was a totally
foreign things to do at the beginning was a skill that I was gaining. Supported buy others within the community what you learned you become a little more confident at discussing. Even your
moments of failing forward. You simply had room to pick yourself up without getting trampled on in the forward rush.

As time moved on the inclination to assist others, as you had been assisted, was something that simply happened. Relationships were built. Some with like-minded totally focused people using
that skill as their move forward. Other relationships with people who have learned the skills with this choice but favour another challenge.

My first challenge was a Video Challenge [ several times infact]. Next, it was a blogging challenge. Both of these challengers had the most current training and upskilling encouragement right
there. I learned much more than I initially realised i would. More importantly, what was learned was the creation of checklists for a Virtual Assistant to correct things for me. For instance, that
hissing sound I hear with the videos filmed.

Instead of these paths lines of communication were established that were of value. Reinforcing the love of Social Broadcasting as a channel through which information is relayed.

Drilling down narrow was like peeling an onion skin off layer by layer. Stinks at times. And other times brings tears to the eyes. Yet, by narrowing the niche down created a ‘Autism Spectrum’
hub. The underlying lynch-pin is the primary support networks. That of families. From this point the spokes of the wheel covering authentic exp[erience within communities. How people
react and , or deal with grief or the diagnoses adjustments people experience. The absolute loss of being ‘yourself’. Who you are as yourself in the family structure gets altered. So too does the
standing within the community. And finally the real life recognition of social ostracization. Reinforcing the isolation factors.

Opening up an invitation in May 2014 knowing there was something inside I had been looking for this is what I found. Tons of information. A series of videos., One Bootcamp of rapid learning.
A decision big to be made. From then til now no it has not been easy. The building of an alternative digital lifestyle enabling me to fit in has taken sheer determination and focus at times.
Has it been worth it. Simply “Yes’. The training and upskilling have certainly been more in depth than anything personally ever experienced.

Had the access to the SFM education, knowledge basis and Upskilling platforms been proactively worked through earlier… Well, let’s put it this way…

On that note, have you been looking for education and upskilling. of any work-related or family orientated, online processes like this? Drop a comment into the comment box.

Ideas behind creating a check list

Working with other people brings about its challenges. Working with your own “self” brings out gaps in certain fields. When people allow their perceived limitations to get in the way, they effective are allowing a ‘slow down progression forward.’

Over the last few days, the new theme was taking shape. This was exciting as I was finally ‘doing it’. Things were coming together nicely. Interaction among several interruptions occurred. Instead of a meltdown confusion lingered. The next morning a brainwave. Why not compare the steps of one website to the basics of an original, not touched site?

Switching from one Webpage to another was fine for the first few minutes. Until an awareness of what if I get disturbed entered. The result is a tediously created checklist is now typed.

Where did this idea come from? My sponsor. Ages ago this is what was recommended to do. And sometimes I did and other times! However, this basic model checklist has already proven its worth. The site I was getting confused on was logged out of. That temptation to view, compare and ‘tinker with’ was removed.

What has changed is the understanding that to achieve the needed outcome from any one ‘job’ the focus needs to be there. Along with a ‘checklist guideline’. One that you understand and has a definite meaning, with a planned outcome, and a period. With reviews included.

That meant to me in the early stages of learning how to use checklists this process meant chopping and changed with little focus.

As time progressed having a checklist means that instead of concentrating on something for a week and getting into overload or ignore it stages the normal life may progress. One tick of the checklist off at a time. Yes, a slower way towards immediate progress.

The positive includes the fact of writing a post that you are now reading.

Changes in overall mindset come in many forms. Small incremental footsteps measured both for qualitative and quantitive progression towards the end objective.

In a community dynamic, it also helps people know where and when they can take over an activity. Having a screen shared document enables a group of people to add to the overall progression. A tick the box with a name of who now has the responsibility objectively allows for one contact point. One person that everyone goes through until that process has been completed. Place forward for review.
And slowly the brain starts to clear as closer the end results are seen to be near.

Hope this helps you to work with a checklist

Using the tools to make a difference

Without what people perceive as the proper tools to use, the newest, flashiest things and gadgets and fashion fads, people become used to being at the “back of the race.’ From this point they
then get on with producing mediocre ‘things’ with little ambition or confidence to share the ‘indigenous creative’ energy.

Inclusive circles of influence of friends, coworkers, families, forget to ask or even see the results.

Telsa experimented with how to harness electricity. Thomas Edison was responsible for selling the idea through out the world that become the electricity companies. And somewhere in between a light bulb was created. By giving Alexander Graham Bell, a “prototype meant”  a viable, functional development of the telephone industry was to begin.

Relearning to go to the top of what you are doing takes guts, determination, and considerable effort. Starting from the unease of just knowing there is a piece missing, then several pieces. Taking that jump into a set of tools. There uses and not knowing how to use any was [always is] a large jump.

More of the tools and applications were being released into a Beta mode [ testing mode].

The invitation to ‘come and play with Th meant ‘fabulous freedom to muck things up’ – or fail forward – was incredible. The underrated amount of ‘subliminal learning power’ of knowledge gained
in this flexible play mode was out of this world. In all honesty, the brain does not realize how much it absorbs within simple explorative play.

Now mearly eighteen months from the Beta testing time all these concepts are coming together. Other than the fact of Autisitic Post-Traumatic Shock Sydrome occurring from a truck plowing in
through the front of the van I was driving. Having to relearn everything through the Autism Meltdowns, Overloads and blockages have been an amazing journey at times.

These are the experience that give me the authority to speak with knowledge of total memory loss for nearly twenty-three years.

One result you are able to see are the page tabs around you [ scroll up above] Look at them. Hit all of the tabs – one after the other.
Just before the Beta testing occurred a friend was explaining how to upload a picture using the tools and platform known to them. The next step was to put words on it. Bored at this end I ‘drew’ my first online picture. That simple act caused friction.

Now with the Beta Testing of the GraphixCreator came simple instructions. Upload your own or create using the supplied background. Add words. Use navigation bar tools. From there it was a matter of choosing a GraphixCreator frame, naming the frame, uploading that picture onto the work area. Add letters. Hit finalize. Download. There was the final result.

When I ran into any new areas where knowledge needed to be flexed and connected the quick note [ and accompanying Jing screen shoot video to support brought a neutral support answer. No ‘misinterpretations’ with a circle of influence friends.

There was also a challenge within my writing. Primarily that of having a post follow rules of reader engagement…. staying on one topic. Presenting the final copy with correct grammar and no spelling mistakes was another. Bring in an environment with training; upskilling was great. Add to this the coaching, mentoring, training library and just support from all over the globe 24 / 7 was marvelous.

Finding out the difference between a letter and an affiliate marketing post has paid dividends. This is an informative letter format.

Again this reinforced the basic fact that there were people out there you can trust. There are others to whom you can give your trust.

The lesson from all of this was find a community of influence and go within.

The SFM Community is trustworthy. These people are up to date with the current trends and ccompliance procedures. These affiliate marketers have to be as that is what many are out there
creating An alternative digital lifestyle – full time.

With this knowledge gain, people within this community are encouraged to be like Thomas Edison. To share a piece of knowhow in order to make greater things possible against the probable

To quote ‘LuxQuotes’. “The goal isn’t about money. The goal is living life the way I want to.”
